For more than 25 years, Patrick Giguère, P.Eng., has addressed bridge design, construction and preservation challenges across Quebec, Canada and internationally. Leveraging exceptional depth in structural engineering and project management, he has led projects valued at over C$886 million — from major river crossings and highway interchanges to marine infrastructure and tunnel rehabilitation.

Patrick remains at the forefront of bridge engineering innovation, applying the latest advancements in structural analysis, accelerated construction techniques and inspection methodologies. His expertise spans the full lifecycle of infrastructure — from feasibility studies and detailed design through construction supervision and asset management.

As Technical Director and Project Manager at EXP, Patrick leads multidisciplinary teams on complex, high-profile projects. His collaborative approach and rigorous methodology have earned him recognition including two Project of the Year awards from the American Shotcrete Association (2011 & 2016).
